Bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation programs, are an important component of the total rewards package because they are tied directly to individual and corporate performance. All employees in a non-management position are eligible for Spot Bonus awards; the goal is to provide special and timely recognition to employees. Spot bonuses are unscheduled, “on the spot” rewards that recognize employees for going the extra mile or doing whatever it takes.

By supporting our hospital clients’ foundations, we contribute to the transformation of the nation’s hospitals through research, education and patient care programs – from cancer research to capital funding for cardiac care facilities.

CareTech also supports the Detroit Institute for Children (DIC) through two annual initiatives; the DIC Summer Camp and the DIC Toy Drive at Christmas. CareTech employees support the summer camp by taking a paid “community service” day and volunteer to do everything from setting up, cleaning up, and assisting a child throughout the day. It is a very rewarding experience.
