Company Names Joseph DiValerio Director, Service Desk Operations
and Jacob Klein, Director, Service Desk Technologies
(TROY, Mich., June 19, 2012) – CareTech Solutions, a leader in IT services for hospitals, announced today the appointment of two new executives to its Service Desk management team. Joseph DiValerio has been named director of Service Desk Operations, and Jacob Klein has been named, director of Service Desk Technologies.

Joseph, who comes to CareTech with more than 25 years of IT customer service and delivery experience, including five years of leading a healthcare call center, will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations. Jacob is responsible for setting the technology direction for this business, with the objective of finding efficiencies that can come from new technologies and tools; as well as, plotting the IT road
map that prepares us for rapid growth. Both men report to Karl Graham, senior director, Service Desk, who is looking forward to applying their vast knowledge and experience to this dynamic service ensuring we continuously elevate our performance.”
Previously, DiValerio was vice president of Operations and Delivery for Apollo Health Street. Prior to Apollo, he held several business process outsourcing leadership positions for York International and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). He holds a bachelor of science in Computer Science from the American Institute of Computer Science (AICS), and is also a certified help desk director and manager, and a member of HDI (formerly Help Desk Institute).
Klein, with more than 13 years of healthcare IT experience, was previously manager of Infrastructure Operations for Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, and prior to that held several
IT positions with other Michigan healthcare institutions. Klein holds a bachelor of science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University.
