February 5, 2010 - Colleen M. Hanley named VP of Marketing, Communications and Government Affairs
New Position is Testament to Company’s Focus on Growth

appointment of Colleen M. Hanley to the newly formed position of vice president, Marketing,
Communications and Government Affairs.

Hanley has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience, including serving
in the environmental, manufacturing, automotive and business services sectors. She joins CareTech
Solutions from ArvinMeritor, Inc. (NYSE: ARM), a global supplier of automotive components and
systems. She most recently served as its vice president of Business and Product Strategy for the
Light Vehicle Systems business group and before that held numerous leadership positions including
oversight for corporate communications, corporate marketing, brand management and internal
communications.
Prior to joining ArvinMeritor, Hanley spent six years with technology services leader, HP (formerly EDS),
and five years with air pollution control manufacturer, Nederman.
Hanley received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and a Master of Arts in Advertising from
Michigan State University. She also served on the global executive board of directors for the
International Association of Business Communications (IABC), as well as, five years as an officer
of its Detroit chapter.
