CareTech Solutions’ President and CEO Named Vice Chairman of Ascension Michigan’s Board of Directors

He was named vice chairman of the board and chair of the finance committee.       

Ascension Michigan is a new market board to the Ascension Healthcare System, the nation’s largest nonprofit health system and the world’s largest Catholic healthcare system. This is a fiduciary board that serves as the governance body for the 14 hospitals in the system.
