“Applied Intelligence” focuses on hands-on IT expertise in the hospital industry
Troy, Mich. – May 2, 2005 — CareTech Solutions, Inc., an information technology (IT) and health information management (HIM) outsourcing company for hospitals and health systems today announced the launch of its new “Applied Intelligence” brand campaign, designed to convey the company’s ability to administer a hands-on approach for developing customized information technology (IT) management solutions specific to the needs of health care providers. The first major brand campaign of its kind since CareTech Solutions began operations in 1998, features the new “Applied Intelligence” tagline and an associated advertising campaign, which will be predominantly executed through print and industry event sponsorship.

The first execution of the new campaign will target senior hospital administrators, such as CEOs and CFOs, in the form of advertisements and issues-based advertorials. All advertising executions will underscore that CareTech, as the only major IT outsourcing provider focused exclusively on the hospital industry, brings hands-on experience with the industry’s most current IT systems and products to small and mid-size hospitals, who may be unable to fully realize the benefits of their current IT investments due to a lack of either human or financial capital resources.

CareTech’s “Applied Intelligence” brand campaign in being launched in conjunction with the American Hospital Association’s annual membership meeting, taking place in Washington DC, May 1-4. The campaign was developed collaboratively by Detroit-based Airfoil Public Relations and Royal Oak, Mich-based Group-eX, a consortium of marketing communications and advertising creative resources.
